This initiative is very close to my heart and has taken me to various corners of the world. Using discarded materials from landfills and depots, I inspire people to create their own drum kits—transforming waste into rhythm and, in turn, changing lives.

How it all began
Passionate about drumming but unable to have my own while on exchange in Hong Kong, I set out to build one using discarded materials I found on the street. It quickly became clear that street drumming holds immense power—to bring people together, raise awareness about the waste we create, and transform lives.

Having been a drummer since the age of 16, I have experienced firsthand the incredible impact that music—and this unique instrument—can have on people. Drumming not only relieves stress, boosts mental health, and enhances well-being, but it also empowers the underprivileged and marginalized, offering them a renewed sense of belonging, community, and purpose.
